We are having a short field trip to the Highlands Center on Sunday October 5 at 1:00 pm
Highlands Center for Natural History
One of our members (Jim Neal) is writing a Geologic Field Guide to the trails of the Highland Center. This trip is a chance to look at the outcrops and help him field check the Geology.
Everyone is welcome --in fact- some of the Trails are on the forest service "HikingSpree 2008" so you can earn credit toward a hiking prize by going on our trip.
